Privacy Policy

Vision Real Estate is the real-estate practice of Adam Nadler, Salesperson, with RE/MAX Your Community Realty, Brokerage ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through our property-search website at search.visionrealestate.ca (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number when you create an account, save a property or search, request a showing, or ask us to contact you.
• Site activity — the listings, searches, and areas you view or save, so we can show you relevant homes and market information.
• Device & usage data — standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics (see Section 5).

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the real-estate services you asked for;
• To send you listings, price updates, and market information related to your search;
• To send you text messages only if you have opted in (see Section 3);
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We collect and use your information for these purposes based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (see Section 6).

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message consent box on our forms and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Vision Real Estate about listings and your home search. This is optional and is not a condition of using the Site or of any purchase or transaction.

When you provide text-message consent, you are giving it to Adam Nadler / Vision Real Estate, RE/MAX Your Community Realty, Brokerage, at the contact information in Section 9, for the purpose described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time using STOP or by contacting us.

4. Real estate board information (MLS/VOW)

Our listing data is provided under a Virtual Office Website (VOW) arrangement with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and PropTx. By using the Site you agree that MLS® data is for your personal, non-commercial use and that your information may be shared with the applicable real estate boards for auditing and compliance purposes. 5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and web-analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used and to remember your preferences. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. We use this information for our own analytics and do not sell it.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• Delete your information; and
• Withdraw your consent to further contact at any time (including email unsubscribe or texting STOP).

To make any of these requests, contact our Privacy Officer (Section 9).

7. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to provide our services, and never sell it. This may include:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf — for example, our customer-relationship-management provider (FollowUpBoss) and our hosting and messaging providers — who are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us;
• Real estate boards (TRREB / PropTx) for auditing and compliance, as described in Section 4;
• Others where required by law or with your consent.

8. Security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including SSL encryption on our forms, to protect your information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then securely dispose of it.
